Property Preservation
Keeping a recovered or vacant property secure and maintained until it turns or sells.
Get this startedEmpty units decline on a calendar, not a surprise. We run recurring maintenance and security checks until you lease, sell, or finish the turn.

Vacant maintenance is the boring work that prevents the emergency preservation call. It is not REO-specific and it is not a one-time winterization. If the asset is bank-owned, use REO or bank-owned pages so the reporting matches that file.
Use this when a Georgia rental is empty — after eviction, between tenants, or after a walkaway — and you need it watched. If someone just kicked a door in, use emergency property preservation. If you need a one-time condition report, use property inspection services.
Send the address, county, and access. A coordinator proposes a cadence and a written price. We do not change locks on a unit that might still be occupied — occupancy verification comes first if you are not sure.
Property preservation on this site is the recovered-or-vacant secure-and-hold offer. Vacant property maintenance is the recurring check-and-lawn version. Many owners use both.
