Locksmith coordination is the setout-morning lock. Post-eviction lock changes is the rekey after you already have the unit — or the extra cylinders the morning crew did not finish. Lock-change services covers vacant and REO work that is not tied to a setout day. None of these is a self-help lockout.

When you need this

Use this after the executing office has completed the lockout and you need prior keys dead. If the locksmith is supposed to stand with the officer that morning, use locksmith coordination. If there is no eviction and the house is just vacant, use lock-change services.
