Georgia eviction lawyers — more than one name, still not us as counsel

The plural search usually means you want options: a bench of licensed attorneys, not a vendor pretending to be a firm. EvictIQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We coordinate lawyers in our attorney network and keep notice, filing, service, writ, and setout moving.

Tell us which lawyers you actually need

County and stage first. A coordinator says whether this is one licensed attorney, a handoff, or field work only.

What's included

  • Intake that names whether you need one lawyer or a coordinated bench
  • Licensed attorneys in our attorney network when the file requires counsel
  • Filing, service, writ, and setout kept on one operations calendar
  • A written split between counsel work and EvictIQ field work
  • Written price for EvictIQ work before anything is filed

What's not

  • EvictIQ as a law firm or a directory of lawyers for hire
  • Legal advice or representation by EvictIQ
  • A guarantee of how any lawyer will argue the case

EvictIQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where court work requires it, we coordinate with licensed attorneys in our attorney network.

Why the plural search is different

Eviction lawyers is not the same query as eviction lawyer. People use the plural when they want more than one option, a firm with capacity, or a second opinion after a first consult. We do not publish a lawyer marketplace. We coordinate licensed Georgia attorneys appropriate to the matter and run the field path ourselves.

When you need this

Use this when you typed eviction lawyers because one name is not enough, the file is contested, or you want counsel plus operations. If you already have a single firm, use attorney eviction support. If you only need a notice, start on eviction notice.

The next step

Send the county and whether anyone has already appeared. We will not list fake offices or invent a firm. Licensed counsel from our attorney network is coordinated only when the matter requires it.

Service area. Georgia only. We file, serve and run setouts across metro Atlanta and surrounding counties — Fulton, Gwinnett, DeKalb, Cobb, Clayton, Henry, Cherokee and Hall. If your property is outside Georgia we'll tell you rather than take the lead.

Common questions

Are you a panel of eviction lawyers?

No. EvictIQ is not a law firm. We coordinate licensed attorneys in our attorney network when the matter requires counsel. We do not sell a public lawyer directory.

Can I interview more than one attorney?

Ask the coordinator after intake. When we coordinate counsel, it is a licensed Georgia attorney appropriate to the matter — not a shopping cart of firms.
